Jill Anne Blackburn, 35, of Walkerton died Friday in St. Joseph Regional Medical Center, South Bend.

Funeral services will be Monday at 2 p.m. CDT at the Koontz Lake Missionary Church.

Friends may call Monday at the church from 11 a.m. CDT until the time of services.

Rannells Funeral Home, Koontz Lake Chapel is handling arrangements.
