Louise K. Dommer

Louise K. Dommer, 77, of Winamac, passed away Monday. Funeral services will be held at 10 am eastern on Thursday at the St. Luke Lutheran Church in Winamac. Visitation will be held from 2 to 8 pm on Wednesday at the Frain Mortuary and 1 hour prior to service Thursday at the Church.
