1st Source Bank Donates $1,000 to Starke United, Inc.
Donation provided on behalf of Banking Center Manager, Judy Caudill
Knox, IN – Judy Caudill, 1st Source Banking Center Manager in Knox, presented Starke United, Inc. with a $1,000 donation. The donation has been designated to benefit the Starke County Youth Club.
Caudill presented the check to Board President, Jerry Jernas at the June 24 meeting of the Starke United Board of Directors. Other Members of the Board were in attendance for the check presentation.
1st Source made the donation on behalf of Judy Caudill, winner of 1st Source Bank’s Ernestine M. Raclin Community Leadership Award. The Award was given to Caudill to recognize her commitment to local organizations in Starke County, including Starke United and the Starke County Junior Achievement, both of which she has served as an active Board Member. 1st Source Bank provides a $1,000 donation to the award winner’s charity of choice, with Caudill designating the Starke County Youth Club to benefit from the donation.
Caudill told the Board that she was designating Starke County Youth Club to receive the donation because the money could help many kids across Starke County. “The Starke United Youth Club is where my heart is” said Caudill, commenting that the organization will use the money wisely to help as many kids as possible.
Starke United, Inc. is a not-for-profit organization, created to provide leadership in uniting all people of Starke County. The organization focuses on addressing human conditions through positive actions.
