Theodore W. Baker  

Theodore W. Baker, 78, of Walkerton, passed away Monday, May 30th, at Walkerton's Miller Merry Manor. He was a retired General Motors employee with 32 years service. He was born March 12, 1930, in Ontario, Canada. He was preceded in death by his wife, Gail A., on July 4, 2005. He is survived by a son, Guy of Mt. Morris, Michigan; a daughter, Kim Graves of Grand Blanc, MI; stepsons, Jimmy (Cindy) Smith of Walkerton and Edward Smith of Wisconsin; and eight grandchildren. Mr. Baker was a U.S. Marine Corps veteran of the Korean War, and was a member of VFW Post 1954 in North Liberty and DAV in Michigan. There will be no visitation or services. Cremation will take place and burial will be at Westlawn Cemetery. Arrangements are being handled by the A.M. Manuel Funeral Home in North Liberty.
